Residences
Evermont offers two affordable housing options for families and seniors through a collaborative partnership between BRIDGE Housing and the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD). Both organizations bring extensive expertise to the project—BRIDGE Housing as a leading nonprofit developer on the West Coast and CRCD as a housing developer and housing supportive services provider offering comprehensive resources for residents.

Luminus@Evermont
Luminus@Evermont offers 118 affordable homes for low-income families – 60 units serve households referred to through the Coordinated Entry System and the remaining 58 units are filled through a general application process. Income and other restrictions will apply.
